How do I downgrade to a lower tier?

Open the app and go to the ‘Profile’ tab. Tap on the ‘Manage Subscriptions’ link. Select the new lower tier you wish to downgrade to and confirm your choice. Acknowledge any changes to your subscription benefits if prompted.

What to Expect:

• Continued access to higher-tier features until the end of the current billing period.
• Downgrade effectuates at the start of the next billing cycle.
• New, lower rate charged at the beginning of the next cycle.
