Turning off auto-renewal is done through the App Store or Google Play Store. For Apple users, go to the App Store, tap on your profile, then Subscriptions, find our app in the list, and turn off ‘Automatic Renewal.’ For Android users, go to the Google Play Store, tap on Menu (☰), select Subscriptions, find our app, and turn off ‘Auto-Renew.’
